Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that certain oversized furniture items may be subject to a restocking fee.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Bouclair ships within Canada and the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping reach to more countries in the near future.

Can I pick up my online order in-store?

Yes, we offer a free 'Click and Collect' service. Simply select your nearest Bouclair boutique at checkout, and we will notify you as soon as your items are ready for pickup.
