At Bouclair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return most items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account to locate your order history and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
